CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Always keep a secure backup copy of your original file on your hard drive before processing. Once you export from PrivacySheet, the sensitive pixels are physically destroyed and overwritten. There is absolutely no way to un-redact or reverse-engineer the download back to its original state.
- 1. Drop up to 10 invoices or receipts. The local engine automatically scans and blacks out sensitive data.
- 2. Hover and click directly on any text block inside the preview canvas to toggle censorship on or off manually.
- 3. Use the red category switches in the sidebar to black out or wireframe entire groups (Amounts, Addresses, Accounts, SWIFT, β¦) before export.
- 4. Processing an unmapped layout or hitting an edge-case extraction mismatch? Do not upload sensitive data to unsafe cloudsβprovide your feedback directly on our Discord Server or submit an issue thread on π (Twitter) so we can optimize our local pattern matching models.
